What is Our Becoming?

Group Healing and Energy Clearing will provides a sacred space to align, integrate, and recalibrate the body, heart and soul. By aligning spirit and form and integrating the higher aspects of ourselves and reclaiming our soul fragmented parts, we create congruency on all levels of our being inviting direction from our higher selves. The recalibration of higher vibrations and new energies into our entire being supports and maintains the new vibration. By letting go of limiting beliefs and old patterns, centering deeply within our body, we become fully present in the now, opening to our sacred gifts and purpose with clarity, willing to take that next step in trust as we continue on our journey toward wholeness.
This healing process uses a combination of energy healing techniques including but not limited to breathwork, guided imagery, sacred geometry, meditation, verbal affirmations, and forgiveness statements. The dynamics of the group will bring to light many thoughts, judgments, assumptions, and beliefs that are ready to be released so that you can create the reality you desire.
