It is more important than ever to generate the frequency of joy.
Joy is an essential ingredient in creating a reality that embodies unity consciousness.
For many, the holidays can be a time of stress, conflict, and feelings of inadequacy or “not enough.” Yet, the holidays are also a time to celebrate the return of the light—whether it is the spiritual expression of Christ’s light or the physical light of the sun.
How can we individually anchor that light within our own bodies and illuminate it outward into the world, so our individual and collective experiences are filled with light? We achieve this through joy. Without joy, this task becomes nearly impossible, no matter how pure our intentions may be.
I invite each of you to find ways to generate joy.
Many of you already practice gratitude, and it’s important to remember: it’s not about the quality of what you are grateful for but the act of creating the frequency of gratitude. This act paves the way to higher frequencies.
The practice of joy is similar. It involves consciously creating space for joy in your life. It means disengaging from conflict, dualism, and the “us versus them” mentality. It is about setting aside time to feel joy in your heart.
How do we do this? Is it watching a short video of a cuddly panda? Watching your puppy play on the floor? Seeing something beautiful, like a flower, a delicately crafted pastry, or the soft crackle of a fire? I encourage you to explore what brings you joy—or the simplest ways to experience it within your body, even if just for a fleeting moment.
As co-creators of the new earth, we have a responsibility to cultivate the ingredients needed to manifest unity consciousness. And this, my friends, begins with joy.
